Due to the intimate nature of these products, underwear and swimwear may NOT be returned unless the wrong item was shipped, or the items contain manufacturing defects or flaws. All other, non-intimate items are eligible for return within a 14 days of purchase and must be received within 30 days of original purchase in brand new like condition. If the item as been worn or washed it will not be eligible for return and will be returned to you at your expense.
